Returns & Exchange Policy

We make every effort to ensure your gorgeous spoils arrives
safely and lovingly in your arms. Should this not be the case and you receive
your package with a damaged product, please email us immediately at bleat@baabar.co.za addressing your concerns
with a picture so that we can claim from insurance on our side as well as get
replacement product shipped to you as soon as we possibly can.

It’s important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your Baa Bar product. 
If anything is not working for you, please let us know at bleat@baabar.co.za with your order number and
we can discuss options for a replacement. We generally don’t offer refunds for
returns due to these being personal hygiene products and these will be assessed
on a case-by-case basis providing they are received unused, unopened in its
original packaging.

Shipping Policy

We ship from Johannesburg nationwide via our door-to-door courier
service within 48 hours of payment being received. Our courier partner commits
to delivering within 2 to 3 days from collection, outlying areas may take a
little longer. Please ensure someone is home to receive your order at the delivery
address nominated between Mon & Fri from 8am to 5pm
